By purchasing or signing up, you agree to use First Rule Trading content for personal education only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course materials, the TradingView algo, or Discord access.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring trading futures and derivatives is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property

All course materials, the Pine Script algo, the Notion templates, and the playbook PDF are © Nicholas Anderson / First Rule Trading. License is personal and non-transferable.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

Service provided “as is.” No warranty of trading profits. See the Earnings Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Rule Trading is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.
